We recently had a major renovation done on two large, suspended back porches that had been water damaged. The work took approximately 30 days to complete due to the significant nature of the job which included a need to suspend the rear of our house and replace a lot of porch structure. During that time Adam and his team were thorough and paid great attention to detail. What we liked most was the constant communication about our project and the progress being made. And we were given the opportunity at several points to make changes within the construct of the contract that did not result in additional costs.
